ORDER PROCESSING
We currently stock most of the small tool and windshield bags in plain black, solo bags in plain black, Quick Mounts and the following saddlebags in plain black.

All the above items will ship within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
Any customization or other unlisted bags need to be made. During October-March most orders will ship in about 7 business days, usually less. During April-September the manufacturing time is 10-15 business days, we will email you with a more specific expectation.
Any bags that require a lot of customization will be communicated about directly with the customer.
All customers will receive an email letting you know the bags are on the way and tracking information will be sent.
SHIPPING
We do charge a flat rate based on box size for all orders. This is a discounted rate from the standard rates charged by the carriers. Rates can be seen at checkout.
For all domestic orders in the continental United States, we ship via UPS.
For all orders in Alaska and Hawaii we ship via US Priority Mail.
For any military addresses please contact us for a quote, each zip code is a different area and we cannot offer flat rates without a quote.
For all international orders we ship via US Priority Mail.
We are currently offering shipping to the following international countries.

Japan
Shipping rates to the above countries are visible at check out and are based on box size and weight.
If your country is not listed above, please contact us, we can ship directly to your country, but we need to quote it first. We can send secure links or open the country for shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Leatherworks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of Quick Mounts and plain black tool bags, solo bags, saddlebags and luggage rack bags, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You pay the return shipping.
For products purchased where the “Custom Acknowledgement” Box had to be checked those items are not returnable.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rory@leatherworksinc.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and a description of what occurred. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
